Primary Responsibilities
Assist clients with coordinating travel-related requests and reservation details
Review available travel options, accommodations, transportation, cruises, and vacation experiences
Provide professional support throughout the planning and booking process
Help maintain accurate travel records, confirmations, and itinerary information
Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online communication platforms
Respond to questions regarding travel arrangements and available services
Monitor booking updates and assist with travel-related changes when needed
Maintain organized digital files and client information
Participate in virtual training programs and team development sessions
Stay informed on supplier updates, destination information, and travel opportunities
