Position Overview We are hiring experienced, disciplined, and reliable writers who can produce full-length books (20k–35k words) within 5–7 days using our AI-assisted process. This is a professional writing role, not an entry-level opportunity. You must have the skill to refine, expand, and elevate AI-generated material into a clean, engaging, high-quality manuscript. If you cannot meet deadlines, do not have strong proofreading abilities, or struggle with structure, pacing, or grammar—this role will not be a fit. Responsibilities • Write complete book manuscripts (20k–35k words) within 1 week • Use AI tools to support outlining and drafting (training provided) • Edit, proofread, and elevate AI-generated content to a professional publishing standard • Maintain consistent tone, clarity, pacing, and narrative structure • Follow detailed instructions and book outlines • Deliver clean, polished work with minimal revisions needed • Communicate promptly and professionally • Be prepared to produce multiple books per month if assigned Requirements Applicants must meet the following qualifications: • 3–5 years of professional writing experience (fiction or nonfiction) • Experience in proofreading, editing, or working within the publishing industry (strongly preferred) • Ability to write in multiple genres at a high level • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality • Strong command of grammar, story development, and narrative flow • Ability to revise and elevate AI-assisted text so it reads natural and human • Consistent reliability—missed deadlines are not acceptable • Previous experience writing books preferred (ghostwriting or self-publishing Job Type: Contract Pay: $2,700.00 per month Benefits: • Paid time off Education: • Bachelor's (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
