Position: Fixed Income Trading Expert
Type: Flexible, project-based
Compensation: $150ā$180/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to bond pricing, yield curves, and spread analysis.
ā¢ Design realistic trading scenarios and edge cases based on real-world market behavior.
ā¢ Review model reasoning on trade structuring, execution decisions, and risk management.
ā¢ Provide feedback on accuracy, market intuition, and institutional realism.
ā¢ Annotate datasets and create high-quality training examples for financial AI systems.
ā¢ Collaborate with researchers to refine model performance on trading workflows.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ 3ā10+ years in fixed income trading, sales & trading, or portfolio management.
ā¢ Day-to-day experience executing fixed income trades.
ā¢ Hands-on experience using Tradeweb or similar electronic trading platforms.
ā¢ Strong familiarity with RFQ workflows, price discovery, and order management systems.
ā¢ Willingness to provide candid, experience-based feedback on trading tools.
Preferred
ā¢ Experience with quant tools (Python, Excel modeling).
ā¢ Familiarity with Bloomberg, MarketAxess, or similar platforms.
ā¢ Interest in AI/ML applications in finance.
