Body Technician Apprentice, All Locations
Primary Duties:
Assists in repairing accident related damage to vehicles while adhering to factory specifications and industry standards to restore them to pre-collision condition
Shadows experienced body technician as a mentor to start a career path for a collision repair technician...
Helps to prepare vehicles for body repair work, including thorough disassembly of vehicles to assess all damages upfront, researching proper OEM repair procedures, assist in creating the repair plan, and meticulous assembly and attention to detail of the finished product
Maintains a clean and safe work area.
Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
Requirements:
18+ years or older
Integrity of workmanship
Ability to communicate effectively
Willingness to learn through continuous improvement
