We move fast, we operate with purpose, and we are deeply committed to both clinical excellence and meaningful outcomes.If you’re a BCBA who wants to do more than just manage cases — if you want to be part of a growing organization that is actively shaping the future of ABA — we want to work with you.Position Overview:Fully remote role supporting clients in ColoradoNo state licensure required — only credentialingLooking for someone bilingualImmediate start requiredFlexible structure: Part-time or Full-time options availableCaseload includes both ongoing supervision and initial assessmentsClients scheduled across morning and afternoon hours (Mountain Time)What You’ll Be Doing:Oversee and manage a full caseload of RBTs remotelyProvide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidanceConduct initial assessments and develop treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely documentation in CentralReachEnsure high-quality, ethical, and effective care across all clientsWho We’re Looking For:Active BCBA certificationAble to complete credentialing in Colorado (no license required)Strong experience with CentralReach (required)Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferredProven ability to manage a full remote caseload independentlyReady to start immediately and take ownership from day oneComfortable supporting both morning and afternoon client schedulesCompensation:Hourly: $70–$90/hour (based on experience)Full-Time Salary Option Available: For BCBAs overseeing 220 billable hours weekly across their RBT caseloadCompetitive salary structure based on experience and performanceThis is not a passive role.
