Key Responsibilities:
⢠Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
⢠Oversee and implement evidence-based ABA interventions.
⢠Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
⢠Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team members.
⢠Supervise RBTs weekly, providing training and guidance on ABA goal implementation.
⢠Provide training and support to families and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies at home.
⢠Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards.
⢠Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
⢠Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
⢠NY Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.
⢠Medicaid credentialing in New York preferred.
⢠Experience working with children in ABA, clinical, or in-home settings.
⢠Strong assessment, treatment planning, and behavior analytic skills.
⢠Knowledge of special education requirements and behavioral health practices.
⢠Ability to maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.
⢠Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
⢠Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping children achieve meaningful outcomes.
