Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
ā¢ Oversee and implement evidence-based ABA interventions.
ā¢ Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
ā¢ Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team members.
ā¢ Supervise RBTs weekly, providing training and guidance on ABA goal implementation.
ā¢ Provide training and support to families and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies at home.
ā¢ Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards.
ā¢ Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
ā¢ NY Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.
ā¢ Medicaid credentialing in New York preferred.
ā¢ Experience working with children in ABA, clinical, or in-home settings.
ā¢ Strong assessment, treatment planning, and behavior analytic skills.
ā¢ Knowledge of special education requirements and behavioral health practices.
ā¢ Ability to maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.
ā¢ Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping children achieve meaningful outcomes.
