We believe in unlocking and nurturing these potentials by establishing trusting relationships and bringing joy to learning.QualificationsEducation: Must hold a Master’s Degree or higherCertifications:Active BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Additional Requirements:CPR certification and Handle With Care (HWC) must be completed within 30 days of employmentAt least 1 year of working as a BCBA is preferredAvailability Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. Some evenings may be required.What does the position look like?This is an in-home and community-based BCBA position. The BCBA will follow best practice standards and ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB while conducting initial and ongoing assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, and while directly supervising registered behavior technicians.
