Momentum Behavior Services is seeking a well established Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We are looking for BCBAs to join this new endeavor and help serve the growing need for care. This position is for those that are strongly committed to building and maintaining a new autism service program and committed to providing quality behavior analytic programming. We believe in deliberate growth, education, family advocacy, and empowering families.Location: Remote position but must live in Minneapolis, Michigan, Iowa or Wisconsin. Quarterly Travel required to Rochester, MN.Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year and a Comprehensive Benefit Package which includes:Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision InsuranceLife insuranceVoluntary STD, LTD, Additional Life InsuranceFlexible schedulePaid time offParental leaveProfessional development assistanceReferral programPosition responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Complete clinical assessments, functional assessments, and functional analysesOversee the hiring, training, and supervision of staffLead, supervise, and mentor treatment teamSet and achieve performance goals with client, client's guardians, and treatment teamsManage and implement behavior intervention and therapy skill acquisition programmingAid in developing company policy and environmentEnsure requirements for documentation of clinical services are implementedOversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports for internal and external stakeholdersHelp develop staff trainingsMeet regularly with staff to notify any issues impacting client's progress and satisfactionReview and update formal documentation and plans for insurance and company standards of practiceRequirements:Adherence to BACB guidelines of conductMinimum of two years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis to children with autismBCBA CertifiedEnthusiastic, self-motivated to teach and learn more about Applied Behavior AnalysisExperience in applied behavior analysis programming in children 0-7 strongly preferredBCBA with experience writing ABA treatment plans that meet insurance requirements Position Location: Remote Role
