Job Summary: This opportunity entails remote data entry responsibilities, closely aligned with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) operations. Required Job Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field OR 4 years of proposal writing experience in lieu of a degree. 5 years of proposal management experience, particularly in the national/major or public sector. Proven experience in orchestrating high-profile, highly intricate RFPs for large, national employer groups. Proficiency in swiftly reviewing and analyzing proposal solicitations and related documents to extract pertinent information, particularly related to BCBS. Demonstrated ability to independently lead and craft highly tailored proposal responses customized for BCBS. Capable of conceptualizing content, gathering information/data, shaping key messages, positioning, and articulating them in a consistent tone and tense. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, enabling effective collaboration within teams and across functions, especially in BCBS-related contexts. Proven ability to autonomously oversee the entire proposal process, handling multiple RFPs/projects concurrently. Proficiency in PC skills and experience with Microsoft products, with a focus on data entry. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for completing Response for Proposals, coordinating activities across various departments, and presenting proposals in layman terms. Demonstrated expertise in project management, organization, planning, and scheduling, including data entry tasks. Proficient in creative and business writing skills, with an emphasis on data entry-related documentation. PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS: Experience and proficiency with proposal automation software such as Qorus, especially in BCBS contexts. Proposal writing experience within the commercial healthcare industry, particularly involving BCBS data entry.
