Blockchain Developer
Location: Remote (Global)
Job Type: Contract (Full-Time: over 25–30 hrs/week, Part-Time: 15–20 hrs/week)
Compensation: $60–$90/hour (based on experience)
Duration: 6-month initial contract (with strong extension potential)

About the Project:
We’re building an innovative blockchain-powered platform to revolutionize real estate transactions. Our goal is to reduce paperwork, streamline commission payouts, and bring transparency to property listings through tokenization and decentralization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and deploying smart contracts (Solidity) for real estate workflows
• Work with senior engineers to integrate with blockchains such as Polygon, Ethereum, and BNB Chain
• Contribute to tokenization logic, commission flows, and decentralized identity features
• Help write unit and integration tests for smart contracts and Web3 interactions
• Participate in code reviews and daily/weekly stand-ups
Tech Stack:
• Languages: Solidity, TypeScript
• Frameworks: Hardhat, ethers.js, Next.js
• Blockchains: Polygon, Ethereum, BNB Chain
• Tooling: MetaMask, IPFS, Chainlink
• Bonus: Knowledge of fractional property ownership, real estate APIs (MLS), or experience with DID/KYC integrations
You’re a Great Fit If You:
• Have 1–3 years of blockchain development experience
• Are comfortable writing Solidity and working with common tools like Hardhat or Foundry
• Are familiar with Web3 integrations in front-end or back-end environments
• Are eager to learn and grow alongside a collaborative, remote-first team
• Can communicate clearly and work asynchronously across time zones
