Blockchain / Crypto Developer (Full Stack) – Smart Contracts & Web3 - Contract to Hire

We are looking for experienced Blockchain / Crypto Developers to join our development network for upcoming Web3 and blockchain-based projects.

As a Full Stack Blockchain Developer, you will work on building decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and blockchain integrations. The role involves both backend blockchain development and frontend integration with Web3 wallets and APIs.

This is a remote-friendly role and we are currently collecting CVs from qualified candidates for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop smart contracts for blockchain applications

- Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps)

- Integrate blockchain networks such as Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Solana, or similar

- Implement Web3 integrations (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.)

- Develop backend services interacting with blockchain nodes and APIs

- Ensure security, scalability, and gas optimization of smart contracts

- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate blockchain logic into web applications

- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Solidity or other smart contract languages

- Experience with Ethereum / EVM-compatible blockchains

- Knowledge of Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries

- Experience building dApps with React / Next.js / Vue

- Understanding of cryptography concepts and blockchain architecture

- Experience with smart contract testing frameworks (Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry)

- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows

Nice to Have

- Experience with DeFi, NFTs, or crypto exchanges

- Knowledge of Layer 2 solutions (Arbitrum, Optimism, zkSync)

- Experience with Solana / Rust smart contracts

- Security experience with smart contract auditing

- Experience with Node.js backend APIs
