We’re now seeking exceptional talent to join us on our journey to redefine the future of IP and creativity. The Role The Blockchain Architect is a pivotal role within our growing company. You will be the cornerstone of our blockchain infrastructure, driving the design, development, and deployment of our decentralized IP platform. Your expertise in blockchain technologies, from Layer 1 protocols to Layer 2 scaling solutions, will be crucial as you lead the architecture and implementation of our blockchain infrastructure. Responsibilities - **Architect and Lead:** Design and oversee the implementation of a robust, scalable blockchain infrastructure that supports our decentralized IP platform. - **Innovate and Research:** Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest developments in blockchain technology and integrating them into our platform. Make strategic recommendations on partnerships and new technologies. - **Technical Ownership:** Own the end-to-end blockchain technical stack, including infrastructure, security, deployment, and operations. - **Collaboration and Communication:** Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless integration and communication. - **Security and Best Practices:** Establish and enforce best practices for maintaining a secure, modular, and scalable blockchain architecture. Qualifications - **Deep Blockchain Passion:** A strong passion for blockchain technology and a vision for how it can transform intellectual property management. - **Architectural Expertise:** Extensive experience in blockchain architecture, including proficiency in Layer 1 and Layer 2 technologies, consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps). - **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Cosmos, Solana, or others. Strong programming skills in languages such as Go, Rust, Solidity. - **Technical Background:** A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - **System Development Experience:** 5+ years of experience in system development, with a focus on scalable, secure infrastructure. - **Blockchain Development Proficiency:** 3+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain development, including expertise in peer-to-peer networking, consensus algorithms, virtual machines, and storage subsystems. Proficiency in languages like Golang and Rust is highly preferred. - **Strong Communication Skills:** Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, coupled with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
