Biotech Growth and Partnership Lead

iProcess Global Research has over 22 years of experience supporting biotech, pharma, diagnostics, and research organizations globally through biospecimens, laboratory services, and scientific operations.
We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to help drive growth, partnerships, and market adoption for AxisOne.
This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building, problem-solving, relationship development, and working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Help drive adoption and awareness for AxisOne
ā¢ Build relationships with biotech, pharma, CROs, labs, and scientific organizations
ā¢ Coordinate LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, demos, and outreach initiatives
ā¢ Support conference planning, networking, and partnership development
ā¢ Help manage CRM systems, lead tracking, and growth funnels
ā¢ Coordinate with international teams supporting content and execution
ā¢ Assist with scientific marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships
ā¢ Gather customer feedback and help improve onboarding and messaging
ā¢ Support outreach to researchers, scientific communities, and industry partners
Qualifications
ā¢ 2ā6 years experience in biotech, healthcare, scientific SaaS, B2B growth, partnerships, or related fields
ā¢ Strong communication and organizational skills
ā¢ Comfortable interacting with scientific and business audiences
ā¢ Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to wear multiple hats
ā¢ Interest in AI, biotech, life sciences, or scientific innovation
ā¢ Experience with LinkedIn, webinars, CRM tools, outbound outreach, or marketing platforms is a plus
Preferred (Not Required)
ā¢ Experience in biotech SaaS, CROs, diagnostics, laboratory services, or scientific software
ā¢ Experience attending or supporting scientific conferences
ā¢ Familiarity with scientific workflows or outsourced R&D
ā¢ Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or automation tools
Location
This is an in-person role based primarily out of our Irving office, with flexibility for conferences, meetings and travel.
Compensation & Benefits
ā¢ Base Salary: $80,000 ā $95,000 per year
ā¢ Performance Bonus Opportunities
