Role Description This role involves contributing to the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems designed to replicate real-world workflows across life sciences, biomedical research, and related domains. Evaluate Biology outputs produced by AI systems for quality, accuracy, and alignment with scientific objectives Create challenging problems in Biology that stress-test AI reasoning and analysis Contribute to data generation and evaluation processes that inform the next generation of large language models Qualifications PhD in Biology or a directly related field from a top university Undergraduate degree completed in the U.S., UK, Canada, or Europe preferred 2+ years of academic experience (research, publication, teaching) or professional experience High attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills Excellent proficiency in English Requirements Start Date: August (ongoing with rolling applications) Duration: 1–2 months Commitment: 10–20 hours/week (potential to extend to 40 hours/week) Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous — flexible working hours Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $65–85 USD/hr Top performers receive weekly bonus incentives ranging from $20–100/hr on top of their pay rate Independent contractor Weekly payment via Stripe Connect Application & Onboarding Process Upload your resume AI interview: A short 20–30 minute conversation about your background and a form submission, no preparation necessary!
