About the Role
VivaLink is seeking highly analytical Biology & Business Intelligence Associates to join our Strategic Operations team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role built for life sciences candidates who think rigorously at the intersection of biological systems, quantitative data, and enterprise strategy.
You will leverage and develop cutting-edge analytic tools to ensure that our technical business intelligence is accurate, defensible, and aligned with the complex biological assets of our global enterprise partners.

Key Responsibilities
β’ Biological Data Integrity & Verification: Audit and validate research outputs to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with our internal "Truth Books" and platform capabilities.
β’ Asset-Solution Mapping: Analyze complex biological and technical specifications to identify high-fidelity opportunities for enterprise partnership.
β’ Scientific Communication: Translate computational biology and biotech insights into high-precision, plain-English communications for senior stakeholders and partners.
β’ Pipeline Automation: Utilize and continuously refine Business Intelligence (BI) tools to scale our life sciences market intelligence engine.
Qualifications
β’ Degree in a Life Sciences Discipline: Bio-Engineering, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or closely related field (senior undergrad or Master's student welcome).
β’ Secondary Proficiency in CS or Data Analytics: Experience with Python, R, SQL, or similar tools strongly preferred.
β’ Verification Mindset: You are skilled at identifying technical contradictions and logical gaps in scientific summaries and datasets.
β’ Mechanism Literacy: You can read a technical or scientific protocol and determine whether a data system meets the specific biological requirements of a given asset.
β’ Communication Rigor: You lead with precision over flair β and can defend every technical claim with evidence.
