Responsibilities Account Servicing - Assist the Partnership Manager in day-to-day account servicing matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of partner inquiries.Lead Identification and Pitching - Support the Partnership Manager in pitching appropriate products for potential partners and assist in pitching them effectively.Commercial Negotiations and Project Management - Participate in commercial negotiations, support the end to end onboarding process, and ensure the smooth technical integration and execution of partnerships.Relationship Management - Aid the Partnership Manager in maintaining strong relationships with senior-level executives of high-value partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction.Internal Collaboration - Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations teams, to facilitate effective partnership management.Process Improvement - Suggest new and innovative ways to enhance existing processes, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiencies of our internal processes. Requirements Communication skills - Must be comfortable with speaking to clients and stakeholdersIndustry Knowledge - Able to identify and initiate conversations with key local industry playersCrypto and Blockchain Knowledge - A keen interest and knowledge of basic cryptocurrency and blockchain technology are essentialLanguage Requirement - Bilingual English/Spanish is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Portuguese would be an advantage.
