BIM/CAD Piping Lead

A BIM/CAD Piping Lead to drive 3D design environments, standards, and coordination across complex process and mechanical projects. This role blends advanced Revit expertise with BIM/CAD administration, supporting piping teams while ensuring model quality, data integrity, and efficient workflows. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can guide designers and continuously improve standards and processes.

Required:
• 5+ years of experience in process/mechanical equipment layout and piping design
• 3+ years in a BIM/CAD administration role
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (3+ years), including both design and admin functions
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability and interest in leading designers and managing BIM/CAD standards
• Experience with Navisworks preferred
• Semiconductor/microelectronics experience is a plus

Job Responsibilities:
• Set up project-specific BIM/CAD environments for 3D deliverables
• Maintain data integrity across BIM/CAD models and documentation
• Coordinate clash detection and resolution across disciplines
• Perform and manage layer auditing and model quality control
• Collaborate with Design Automation Group on standards and workflow updates
• Act as liaison between design leads, piping designers, and automation teams
• Lead designer check-ins and provide ongoing technical support
• Maintain and communicate updates on BIM tools, software, and workflows
• Develop and administer BIM/CAD training materials and documentation
• Support onboarding and training of piping designers for projects

Pay Range: $52/hr. - $64/hr.
