What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor a team of VDC Specialists to ensure productivity and quality standards
- Collaborate with project engineers, managers, and field teams for timely deliverables
- Produce detailed LOD400 BIM models for mechanical and plumbing systems
- Manage construction documents and facilitate multi-trade coordination
- Maintain ongoing training to enhance team productivity and modeling accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience installing mechanical or plumbing systems
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADmep, and Autodesk Navisworks
- Strong comprehension of project schedules and construction documents
- Excellent communication skills, including technical writing and public speaking
- Proven leadership ability in guiding a project-level VDC team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in BIM coordination and detailing
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with creative solution generation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
