This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that is architecture-led, with structural and MEP coordination as supporting components. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working deeply on architectural BIM models and collaborating closely with architects and consultants in an integrated design environment.What you’ll doArchitecture-led BIM productionCreate, update, and maintain 3D architectural BIM models in RevitTranslate design inputs, sketches, and markups into construction-ready modelsProduce and update plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and details for construction setsStructural and MEP coordinationIntegrate consultant-provided structural and MEP inputs into architectural BIM modelsIdentify and resolve basic coordination and clash issuesSupport drafting and model updates based on consultant feedbackThis role does not include MEP system design or engineering calculationsVisualization and planning supportContribute to renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentationsSupport simple construction sequencing and planning tasks using 4D BIM toolsMaster planning and complianceAssist with site layouts and master planning coordinationEnsure BIM models align with internal standards and industry best practicesSupport preparation of regulatory and compliance submissionsPost-project and handover supportAssist in preparing as-built models and documentationOrganize BIM files for handover and facility management useIndicative time split~70% architectural BIM modeling and documentation~30% structural and MEP coordination, depending on project phaseWhat you bringAt least 1-2 years of hands-on BIM modeling experienceBachelor’s degree in architecture or civil engineeringStrong proficiency in Revit with an architectural modeling focusWorking knowledge of AutoCAD and ExcelFamiliarity with BIM workflows, coordination, and basic clash detectionExposure to Dynamo, Twinmotion, or similar tools is a plusPrior experience working with a U.S.-based architecture firm is a bonus (not mandatory)Comfortable working in a production-heavy, architecture-led environmentDetail-oriented, execution-focused, and adaptable to evolving project needsAble to collaborate effectively with remote, cross-functional teamsImportant role contextThis is an architecture-led BIM roleStructural and MEP work is coordination and drafting-focused, not discipline-specific designBest suited for candidates who enjoy architectural production work and flexibility across disciplinesNot a fit for candidates seeking a pure MEP BIM role or consultancy-style workHiring processStage 1: Intro interviewWith people ops - Role alignment, experience overview, and culture fitStage 2: Test task (≤1 hour)Short practical assignment created by the project lead to assess your technical fitStage 3: Final interviewWith project lead - Deep dive into workflows, expectations, and growthReady to help translate architectural intent into build-ready reality?We’d love to hear from you.
