BIM Coordinator

They are seeking a proactive and motivated BIM Coordinator to manage and coordinate BIM data for infrastructure, rail, and transportation projects, ensuring compliance with standards and optimizing processes. Responsibilities Coordinate the integration of discipline-specific models into the project's federated model Identify conflicts or inconsistencies in federated models and communicate them to design teams for resolution Prepare and update coordination files, ensuring compliance with project standards Organize BIM coordination reviews and document technical issues to follow up on Verify the consistency of federated models with BEP requirements and project standards Collaborate with discipline teams to improve modeling and coordination practices Contribute to documenting coordination processes in the project's collaborative tools Participate in implementing the BEP in line with coordination objectives Stay up to date on BIM tools and methods and propose technical improvements Skills Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or BIM certification is an asset Minimum 1 to 5 years in BIM coordination on infrastructure, rail, or construction projects Understanding of major BIM software (modeling and coordination platforms) Understanding integrating federated models and clash detection Ability to understand and implement Information Management processes and procedures English required (spoken and written) Excellent communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team Attention to detail, rigor, and strong organizational skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Proactivity and initiative Benefits Competitive compensation Employee recognition Flexible benefits Diverse opportunities for training and professional development Hybrid working culture Generous time-off policies Company Overview AtkinsRéalis is a global firm offering engineering project management, and design solutions across infrastructure and energy sectors.
