Skills & Experience 3–7 years of experience in testing Ericsson products such as Charging, Billing , Order Care, Catalog Manager. Experience with system processes, testing tools, and SDLC. Knowledge of automation testing is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Design and execute manual test cases for functional and non-functional scenarios. Perform system, integration, and regression testing. Log, track, and manage defects using test management tools. Support customer application systems onsite or remotely. Collaborate with customer and internal teams for quality delivery.
