Job Description
• Manage and process client billing in compliance with established guidelines and timelines.
• Review and verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with the legal department to ensure proper documentation and billing accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of all billing transactions and prepare necessary reports.
• Assist in the development and implementation of billing procedures and policies.
• Provide support for audits and respond to inquiries related to billing activities.
• Work closely with clients to address and resolve billing concerns effectively.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company-specific billing requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Billing Coordinator should have:
• A strong understanding of billing processes within the business services or legal industry.
• Minimum 4+ years of law firm billing experience
• Proficiency in billing software and tools (Aderant/Elite/3E)
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving billing issues.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
