The OpportunityWe’re hiring a Billing Associate who is responsible for creating and sending customer invoices, reconciling payments, collecting on overdue payments, and providing high-quality customer service. This role will have a sizable and direct impact on driving down our outstanding invoices. You will be joining a strong team that values teamwork, problem solving, a willingness to dive into the details, and a learn-it-all attitude.How You’ll Contribute at BuildoutBecome an expert in our billing system, Sage Intacct, to create and send invoices to our customers, ensuring accuracy in the detailsBe maniacal about managing all overdue AR and working on payment plans until you reconcile all payments on a customer’s accountTranslate customer contracts and Salesforce data into accurate invoices for each customer, setting up billing schedulesServe as the main point of contact for our customers, responding to billing support tickets addressing customer concerns via phone and emailBe welcomed into the innovative and collaborative Buildout team.
