Position Overview
We are seeking a Billing and Contracts Administrative Assistant (BCAA) to support our operations team in reviewing new and existing customer contracts, assisting with billing matters, and responding to client inquiries. This is a critical role that ensures our contract and billing processes run smoothly and that customer concerns are addressed with accuracy and care. The BCAA will also assist company administrators with a range of special projects and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Review new customer contracts and monitor upcoming terminations
β’ Calculate and communicate early termination fees
β’ Coordinate return of company-owned equipment
β’ Assist with adjustments to customer accounts
β’ Investigate and resolve discrepancies in contracts and billing
β’ Respond to customer inquiries regarding their contracts and monthly invoices
β’ Research compliance requirements at the state and municipal level
β’ Provide administrative support, including:
β’ Preparing agendas
β’ Scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements
β’ Conducting research and compiling data
Qualifications & Skills
β’ Strong interpersonal, active listening, and attention to detail skills
β’ Professional, helpful attitude and calm under pressure
β’ Ability to interpret and explain contract terms
β’ Proficient in Google Docs and general office software
β’ Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
β’ Comfortable working independently from a home office
β’ Flexible and adaptable with day-to-day responsibilities
