- Gather necessary documentation for billing requests and send to customers
- Record payments from customers in Primavera
- Collaborate with Project Leads and Managers on delinquent payments
- Maintain billing tracking schedules and perform system reconciliation between Primavera and SAP
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Primavera preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with SAP systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in billing or financial roles within consulting or project-based environments
- Knowledge of project management software and billing procedures
