Bilingual Virtual Scribe

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bilingual Medical Scribe to assist with live scribing, telemedicine, coding, and charting for our healthcare team. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish and the ability to work remotely. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment and must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM PST. Key Responsibilities: Provide live scribing support during patient consultations, accurately documenting the provider’s notes. Assist with telemedicine and making appointments for patients. Assist with medical coding and charting in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner. Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient records. Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information with care and professionalism. In addition: 1. Complete prior authorizations for medications 2. Follow up with pharmacies for patient medications; approve alternative medications 3. Send medications based on Doctor's orders 4. Help doctor input exam information into EMR Qualifications: Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). Strong knowledge of medical terminology and experience with medical coding and charting. Availability to work M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM PST. Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a similar medical role is preferred. Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage time effectively. Preferred Experience: Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Familiarity with medical coding practices (ICD-10, CPT, etc.). Why Work With Us? Flexible, remote position.
