BILINGUAL, Telehealth Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – HRT, Peptides, Weight Loss
We are seeking a highly motivated and clinically experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our remote Telehealth team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish) and fully licensed to practice in Texas, Virginia, California, Illinois, Colorado, and/or Arizona.
If you do not currently hold one of these licenses in good standing, please do not apply—we are not considering candidates planning to obtain licensure at this time.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual Good Faith Exams, medical assessments, and consultations
• Evaluate patient labs and histories to develop appropriate care plans
• Prescribe and manage therapies including testosterone/HRT, GLP-1s, and peptides (e.g., NAD+)
• Educate patients on treatments, expectations, and follow-up care
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in our EHR system
• Collaborate with our clinical and support team for optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in one or all of the following states:
• Texas, Virginia, California, Illinois, Colorado, and/or Arizona
• DEA License in good standing
• Bilingual required; Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience with telehealth and virtual patient communication
• Proficiency in interpreting labs, developing treatment plans, and managing longitudinal care
• Strong clinical background in men’s health, primary care, and wellness medicine
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $300.00 per day
