Tech Support Engineers (TSEs) and other customer facing team members insure that our clients get the most from our products. They build up real-world troubleshooting skills and customer service savvy that enables them to move into more senior roles in Professional Services, Sales, Research or Engineering.For Technical Support roles we generally look for individuals who have some prior help desk or systems administration experience.
