Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
ā¢ Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries
ā¢ Provide excellent customer service through active listening
ā¢ Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
ā¢ Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
ā¢ Appropriately communicate with customers
Qualifications

ā¢ Proficient in Spanish and English
ā¢ 6 months customer service experience minimum
ā¢ Over 18 years of age
ā¢ Ability to type 25 wpm
ā¢ High School Graduate or GED
ā¢ Comfort with desktop computer system
ā¢ Proven oral & written communication skills
ā¢ Logical problem-solving skills
ā¢ Availability to work various shifts
ā¢ Ability to use Windows operating systems
ā¢ Organization and work prioritization skills
