Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and store performance
Develop and coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals
Assist with merchandising, product launches, and inventory management
Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive business initiatives and growth
Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize store operations and customer experiences
Requirements:
3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
Prior management experience
Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Bilingual in Spanish and English
