Bilingual Scheduler – Neurology Clinic
Location: Torres Moradas II – Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico

About the Role
Our growing Neurology Clinic is seeking experienced and highly organized Bilingual Virtual Schedulers to support our U.S.-based clinics. We are looking for professionals who are fluent in both English and Spanish and have experience in patient scheduling, healthcare coordination, case management, patient intake, and medical administration.
The ideal candidate has a healthcare background, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide excellent patient service while managing a high volume of appointments and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Coordinate patient care and maintain provider schedules.
Conduct patient intake and collect required documentation.
Assist patients with appointment-related questions and follow-ups.
Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and prescription requests as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records within the EMR system.
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and clinic staff.
Support case management and healthcare administrative processes.
Ensure a positive patient experience through professional and compassionate communication.
Qualifications
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Previous experience as a Scheduler, Medical Scheduler, Patient Coordinator, Case Manager, Medical Assistant, or similar healthcare role.
Experience working in healthcare, medical offices, or specialty clinics.
Neurology experience is highly preferred.
Knowledge of patient intake, scheduling workflows, and healthcare terminology.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
Monday through Friday.
Optional Saturday shifts available.
Compensation
Independent Contractor position.
Starting compensation: MXN 26,000 per month.
Increase to MXN 28,000 per month after 60 days.
Weekly payments.
Candidates must provide their own computer and equipment during the first 30 days.
