Key Responsibilities


Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English)
Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues related to products and/or services
Follow, document, and retrieve information in databases
Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred
Offer additional products and/or services to customers
Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude


Essential Qualifications


Fluency in both French and English
1+ year of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
A quiet and distraction-free home work environment
Strong computer navigation skills and computer knowledge
Proficiency in multitasking
Willingness to learn new technologies
Access to a desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing
High-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone


Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, having experience with or knowledge of specific technologies such as iOS and/or MacOS can be beneficial. A work computer may be provided depending on the role, but it's not guaranteed and will be discussed in detail with a recruiter during the hiring process.
