About the Role:
As a Remote bilingual Healthcare Member Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish and English-speaking members, providing exceptional service and support. You'll utilize cutting-edge technology to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive member experience.
This is a remote position, and you must reside within a 1-hour radius of 7901 E. Lowry Blvd Denver, CO 80230.
START DATE: 4/14
Compensation:
? During Training: $22.63hr.
? After Training: $23.66/hr.
Training/Working Schedule:
? Training Hours (12 weeks): Fluctuate from Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm MST and 11:30am-8pm MST. Your schedule fluctuates during training, and you will receive notice of any changes.
? AFTER TRAINING: Must be able to work weekends. Schedule could be anywhere from 7am MST Start Time to 9:30pm MST (Mon-Sun), always with 2 days off during the week. MUST be able to work weekends!
salary: $22.63 - $23.66 per hour

Responsibilities
? Respond to a high volume of incoming calls.
? Assist members with benefit questions, ordering ID cards, eligibility questions, billing inquiries, processing payments, etc.
? Heavy data entry, updating patient profiles/demographics.
? Track interactions and ensure proper compliance using dual screens and the latest technology.
