Bilingual Operations Coordinator for Airbnb Management Company
Location: Kansas City, MO (Hybrid / On-site with some work from home hours)
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: $27–$30 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role
We are an Airbnb management company located in Midtown with 60 properties looking for a highly organized, bilingual (English/Spanish fluency required) Operations Coordinator to support our Director of Operations in managing a growing portfolio.
This role is hands-on and fast-paced. You’ll be the central point of coordination between guests, clients, property owners, cleaners, maintenance teams, and internal operations. It requires strong time management and multi-tasking skills

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with guest and client communication (inbound and outbound messaging)
• Support onboarding of new properties (setup coordination, checklists, vendor scheduling)
• Help manage and maintain operational schedules
• Coordinate between cleaners, maintenance teams, and property owners
• Track and follow up on turnovers and work orders
• Stock and manage supplies for multiple properties
• Run local errands as needed (supplies, inspections, property drop-offs, etc.)
• Ensure properties are consistently guest-ready and operating smoothly
• Support Director of Operations with day-to-day execution and problem-solving
• Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
• Bilingual: English + Spanish required (spoken and written)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communicator across text, phone, and email
• Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation for local errands and property visits
• Comfortable in a fast-moving operational environment
• Prior experience in property management, hospitality, operations, or logistics is a plus
Compensation & Growth
This is a high-responsibility operations role with direct impact on day-to-day performance across multiple properties. We are looking for someone who will take ownership of their contribution to the overall success of the company .
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
