Bilingual New Customer Center Representative - Remote or Onsite
Location: Dakota Dunes, SD
Shift: Monday-Friday 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM, every third Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $17.00-18.90/hour starting, additional monthly incentives available

About the Role
ā¢ Receive inbound application calls from potential new customers.
ā¢ Utilize effective sales/negotiating skills to acquire applications and up-front fees.
ā¢ Gather information and enter data from applicants through inbound and outbound calls.
ā¢ Advise and educate applicants on information regarding their specific application.
ā¢ Deliver the best possible experience with every contact.
Training
ā¢ Extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length.
ā¢ Ongoing training opportunities for continuous improvement!
Pay
Base wage starting at $17-$18.90/hr. with opportunities to increase take home pay.
ā¢ Top 60% of associates are eligible for incentives.
ā¢ Career path from Associate I to Associate IV - each step earning an increase in pay!
ā¢ Earn up to an additional $3.50/hr. when working non-traditional hours.
ā¢ Bilingual skills will be compensated in the form of a 10% differential.
