Looking for bilingual individual who is fluent in Farsi and English.
Responsibilities include interacting with customers after a health care based experience, so all telephone interviewers must be extremely polite and professional at all times while following specific scripts for each call.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must read and write English and Ilocano well.
• Must type at least 25 wpm.

• Must be self-motivated and maintain a positive attitude.
• Must be honest, responsible and dependable.
