Bilingual Mental Health Therapist – Justice-Involved Youth | Georgia

Make a Difference Where It Matters Most Some of Georgia's most vulnerable young people—Spanish-speaking youth navigating the juvenile justice system—need therapists who understand their language, their experiences, and their potential. At Sunny Days Therapeutics, you'll provide trauma-informed care that can genuinely change the trajectory of a young person's life. We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed therapist to join our growing telehealth practice serving justice-involved youth and young adults across Georgia. What You'll Do Deliver individual and family therapy via our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to Spanish-speaking youth involved with the Department of Juvenile Justice Conduct comprehensive mental health and diagnostic assessments Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches (CBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, anger management) Perform suicide risk assessments and safety planning Support clients working through trauma, behavioral challenges, substance use, and reentry transitions Collaborate with probation officers, courts, schools, and caregivers Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation What We're Looking For Required: Master's degree in Social Work Active Georgia license (LCSW or LMSW) or license-eligible Fluency in English and Spanish Substance Abuse Certification (CADC, CAADC, or equivalent) Experience with adolescents or high-risk populations Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles Professional liability insurance You'll thrive here if you: Value autonomy and want control over your schedule Find meaning in working with underserved populations Communicate clearly and document thoroughly Can build trust with young people who've learned to be guarded What We Offer Benefits & Details Schedule - Fully flexible, self-managed caseload Location - 100% remote telehealth (Georgia clients) Compensation - Competitive per-session rate based on credentials and experience Clinical Supervision - Free individual supervision (if needed) Annual Reimbursements - $100 for license renewal + $130 for CEUs Team Environment - Supportive, collaborative clinical community Growth - Opportunities for in-person or school-based roles as we expand About Sunny Days Therapeutics We're a growing mental health practice based in Watkinsville, GA, expanding our telehealth services to reach justice-involved youth throughout the state—including Spanish-speaking communities that have historically lacked access to culturally competent care.
