🕒 Schedule:22–36 hours of availability per week (Part-time up to 22 sessions / Full-time up to 36 sessions)
Preferred Hours:Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM | Weekend availability a plus
💰 Compensation:$45–$65 per billable hour (based on license-level)

🧩 What You’ll Do
Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments
Develop culturally responsive, client-centered treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination
💸 Compensation & Benefits

✅ Qualifications
Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience serving children, teens, and families
