Position Overview
As a Member Experience Rep, you will be at the forefront of the customer experience by arranging non-emergency medical transportation. Each interaction matters to us, and you have the opportunity to make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls and make outbound service calls, assess the customer's transportation needs, and assist appropriately
Interact with clients, transportation providers, and other customers via phone and software applications (Data entry required)
Deliver a simple customer experience with every interaction
Trouble-shoot and problem solve situations that may be outside standard procedures
Become a knowledge expert
Required Qualifications
Ability to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic software and web knowledge, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
Work well with others, and be willing to help team members
Ability to problem solve
High attention to detail
Reliability - As you work remotely, you will need to be available to supervisors and be trusted to adhere to your assigned schedule
