They are seeking a Bilingual Member Care Representative to provide a variety of service functions for members and assist non-members in establishing their membership.ResponsibilitiesProviding a variety of service functions for our membersWorking with members to identify additional financial solutions that meet their specific needsAssisting non-members in establishing their membership and setting up their accounts by phoneSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to utilize available resources to help membersMust read and speak Spanish fluentlyMinimum of one year experience working in a financial institution required. Previous contact center experience helpful. Must have experience selling and cross-selling products or servicesMust have excellent member service skills to include strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to demonstrate patience and professionalism in dealing with membersFunctional knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of productsAbility to perform routine mathematical calculationsAbility to function in a call center environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: computer, 10 key calculator, fax, copier, telephone, etcCompany OverviewEducational Systems Federal Credit Union provides various digital banking services to the education community for financial development.
