Bilingual Japanese and English Speaking Remote Interviewer / Director
We’re producing a remote interview with a client based in Japan and are hiring a bilingual interviewer who can confidently lead the session from start to finish. • *What we need** Someone who is comfortable running remote interviews, directing on screen talent, and keeping the flow of the conversation natural and engaging. • *Language skills** You should be able to give clear direction in Japanese to the interviewee while also taking notes and feedback from our Los Angeles team in English. This helps us shape stronger answers and improve performance in real time. • *Project flow** The project begins with a one hour remote setup with our production partners in Japan to frame the shot, confirm audio, and ensure the teleprompter script is running correctly. After setup, you’ll conduct a one and a half hour interview, guiding the conversation and helping us capture clear and thoughtful responses. • *Team support** You’ll be supported by our translator and our Japan based bilingual editor, who will help manage the Japanese script and run the teleprompter.
