Job Highlights Company: ROADRESCUETEAM (part of Workwarp) Start Date: Immediate openings available Location: Remote (work from the comfort of your own home) Position: Bilingual Inbound Call Center Agent - Spanish and English Customer Service Representative Compensation: A competitive salary of $2.8 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development Key Responsibilities As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support in both Spanish and English languages. Your key responsibilities will include: Handling inbound calls from customers, providing them with information, assistance, and support in a timely and professional manner. Identifying and resolving customer concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary. Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers. Updating customer records and ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Meeting or exceeding performance goals, including call handling metrics, customer satisfaction, and sales targets. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide customers with accurate and relevant information. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Fluency in both Spanish and English languages (written and verbal). Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of computer systems and software. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. A reliable PC/Laptop (i5 7th Gen or higher) and a stable internet connection (25 mbps both upload and download). While not mandatory, the following preferred qualifications will be considered a plus: Previous experience in customer service or call center role. A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.
