We match top sales talent to full-time remote roles where they’re hired directly into client teams and provided ongoing support by Huzzle.As part of our talent pool, you’ll have access to exclusive SDR opportunities matched to your background and preferences.Key Responsibilities Make 80-100+ outbound calls to prospects Send personalised outreach emails per day to targeted accounts Qualify and follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns Research target accounts to identify decision-makers and understand business needs Use multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, video messages) to engage prospects Book qualified meetings for Account Executives Log all activities, notes, and lead status updates in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop tailored outreach strategies Track and report weekly KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline progress Maintain a positive, persistent, and professional approach in all prospect interactions Our Hiring Process: Submit Your Application Screening AI Video Interview (15 min max) Final Face-to-Face Interview Successful candidates are admitted to our talent pool, gaining access to exclusive opportunities.
