Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of standard operating procedures
Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform product and service enhancements
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a contact center, with a focus on handling complex inquiries and escalations
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Fluency in French and English; Spanish language skills are a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
