Bilingual French English Travel Consultant

As a Bilingual French English Travel Consultant at American Express Global Business Travel, you will be a part of an international team dedicated to providing clients with the highest quality travel services. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for travel and customer service, as well as a strong understanding of both the French and English languages. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and team player, with the ability to work independently in a busy, fast paced environment. Responsibilities:
Provide customers with professional and friendly service in both French and English.
Assist customers with planning and booking travel arrangements.
Offer advice and recommendations on travel-related topics, such as destination and transportation options.
Research and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain knowledge of the latest travel trends and industry developments.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize problem-solving skills to quickly and efficiently resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow established policies and procedures.
