Bilingual Freight Dispatcher (English/Spanish) – Work From Home
FMD Logistics is seeking a Bilingual Freight Dispatcher (English/Spanish) to join our team. This is a commission-based position ideal for motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow in the logistics industry.
Position Details:
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Compensation: 6% of each load you book
• Training: 3-week training program (unpaid)
• Training Hours: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (remote)
• Work Environment: 100% remote – work from home
• Equipment Needed: Computer or laptop required; two phones preferred (one is fine)
• Additional Requirement: You will cover the first $100 of your monthly load board access
Requirements:
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Reliable internet connection
• Self-motivated and organized
• Previous dispatching or logistics experience is a plus but not required
