Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage administrative duties
ā¢ Accounting for patients and making sure that relations are maintained
ā¢ Organizing and helping with claims
ā¢ Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
ā¢ Appointment scheduling
ā¢ Requesting records
ā¢ Patient follow ups
ā¢ Manage unscheduled and treatment pending lists to ensure patient follow through to meet scheduling goals
Qualifications
ā¢ High school diploma Required
ā¢ 2 or more years dental front office experience Required
ā¢ Billingual Spanish and English Required
ā¢ Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
ā¢ Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Positive attitude and professional demeanor
ā¢ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
ā¢ Ability to collaborate with a team
