Bilingual Damages Insurance Agent (Licensed)

Europ Assistance Canada, part of Generali Group, is seeking a bilingual licensed Damages Insurance Agent to join their Travel Customer Service team. The role involves providing exceptional service to clients, supporting sales efforts, and educating clients on travel insurance products. Responsibilities Provide superior service to clients with existing policies and assist in new business generation Provide support to our sales team in maintaining and growing books of Travel Insurance Promote and educate clients on Travel insurance products Provide advice and information on our insurance coverage for rental vehicles with an emphasis on damage and theft coverage Provide pre and on-trip advice to clients, as well as assist clients with the sales process Follow procedures efficiently and transparently during conversations with customers Demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize work effectively Explain terms and conditions of coverage, including exclusions and limitation Strong attention to detail Takes accountability for delivering client experience including effective problem solving Responsible for communicating in a collaborative team with team members and managers Interact with clients to provide clear and concise answers to their inquiries Demonstrate commitment by taking ownership and accountability of client inquiries Protects the client’s privacy and confidentiality according to the established guidelines Professional and positive attitude is required Assist in other claims areas when required Skills Bilingual licensed Damages Insurance Agent Post secondary education Holds an active Damage Insurance license issued by the Autorité des Marchés financiers at the time of application Ability to work independently and make informed decisions Superior oral and written communication skills Knowledge of travel insurance products Ability to adapt to fluctuating call volumes and ability to prioritize work to optimize efficiency Fluency in French Previous experience is preferred Company Overview It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, CA, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
