As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll work from home and interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet, providing customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French and English) Help customers resolve basic technical issues related to client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services Offer additional products and/or services to customers, delivering expert customer experiences with a smile Maintain a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home, with a desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing Essential Qualifications The ability to speak fluent French and English 1 year of customer service experience A high school diploma or GED Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills Eagerness to learn new technologies and PC knowledge High-Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with iOS and/or Macient OS, or comparable technology Previous experience in a similar customer service role What blithequark Offers At blithequark, the company culture is built around the belief that "We champion our people."
