As a Customer Service Representative working remotely, you will be an integral part of this mission. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English). Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues related to products and/or services. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases. Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred. Offer additional products and/or services to customers. Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, and writing). A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. A high school diploma or GED. A quiet, distraction-free work environment at home. The ability to multitask quickly and efficiently. A desire to learn new technologies. Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge. A desktop or laptop computer for performing PC and internet tests (a work computer may be provided depending on the position). High-speed internet (not wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone. Preferred qualifications include: An associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or technology certification. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology.
